Salmon Avocado Board
We used a classic combo of salmon and avocado and brightened it up with pops of flavour. Devour it quickly for optimum freshness

Huntley & Palmers Baked Sourdough Himalayan Pink Salt
3 Avocados
2 Limes, one juiced, one sliced in wedges
Salt and pepper
1 pack Hot smoked salmon portion
½ tub Malossol caviar
1 Tbsp Basil paste
1 tsp Lightly dried chives or parsley
Instructions
Mash the avocado, lime and salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread over the base of the platter.
Arrange the remaining ingredients over the avocado and enjoy with Huntley and Palmers Baked Sourdough.
